Recovering your account (Cloudflare)

If you have lost all of your 2nd factor autentication (2FA) devices, then you can use a browser you successfully logged in recently from to recover access. For security reasons, you will need to wait 3 days to receive a temporary access code after completing verification.

Alternatively, if you have your backup codes or another 2FA device configured on your account, you can use one of them to log in here and then disable your lost device. If you have tried this without success, proceed to click Begin Recovery below.

• Step 1: Verify the email address associated with your Cloudflare account
• Step 2: Verify a device that you have logged in from previously
• Step 3: Cloudflare will review your request and email you in 3-5 days
